Cancellation

Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to the full terms and conditions and privacy policy as well as enrollment into our monthly auto-bill Ser Online program where you will be billed $29.99 at the time of signup and every month thereafter until you cancel your membership.

Within 5 days, you will receive an email requiring your consent to activate the monthly membership program in order to receive full access to Ser Online. Your monthly auto-bill membership will begin upon receipt of your Ser Online access.

A reminder notification will also be sent to you monthly, 5 days prior to being re-charged. If you don't cancel, you will be charged $29.99 for each recurring monthly payment, giving you access to Ser Online Rewards until a cancellation is requested.

If our product is not right for you, simply call  (980) 385-4412 or contact us via email at info@seronline.co to cancel your membership. 

Your credit card will be billed as seronline.co on your bank statement.

In the event that the payment method on file is unable to process a payment, is declined, rejected, stopped, voided, results in a chargeback, or otherwise fails for any reason to cover charges due for products or services, including those provided by any reseller partners, I acknowledge and agree that the full balance owed remains my financial responsibility, regardless of whether the products or services have been accessed, used, or received. My account will be referred to an external collections agency to recover the outstanding amount, and an additional $50 service charge will be added to the balance. Furthermore, I will be responsible for any and all fees incurred during the recovery process, including but not limited to collection agency fees, chargeback fees, legal fees, and accrued interest as applicable.
